Located in Potomac, MD, CCI Health Services' Medicare Care program is dedicated to offering inclusive and affordable primary care services tailored for individuals of all ages. Our comprehensive care encompasses well-care for both children and adults, management of acute and chronic conditions including HIV, gynecology, and preventive health services. We provide routine immunizations, family planning health care and counseling, and specialized education on diabetes and nutrition, available in both English and Spanish. Our approach to health emphasizes the whole person, integrating behavioral health counseling for individuals and families, flu shots, referrals to medical specialists, and primary care lab services. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances, offering assistance to those without health insurance to find coverage options, and potential eligibility for our sliding fee scale discount.
