Dena Leibowitz

Dena Leibowitz, MS, LCADC, RYT, CHT, is a highly qualified Drug & Alcohol Counselor with extensive experience in treating adolescents, adults, and elders (65+). With a BA from Towson University and an MS in Psychology from the University of Baltimore, she has honed her skills through post-graduate coursework at Johns Hopkins University for licensure. Dena is certified in hypnosis and an NLP Practitioner, further enhancing her therapeutic repertoire. Since opening her treatment center in Towson, Maryland in 1998, she has been dedicated to addressing issues such as depression, addiction, and anxiety. In 2010, she transformed her center into ZenLife, integrating mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and hypnosis to create a holistic healing environment. Her passion for sharing this healing approach enables clients to delve into the root causes of their challenges and repattern their lives. Dena's integrative methodology combines mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), traditional psychotherapy, and various other techniques, empowering clients to manage stress, improve their self-esteem, and navigate their relationships effectively.
