THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Perry Hall, MD, is dedicated to enhancing health outcomes for individuals living with chronic illnesses such as HIV and Hepatitis C. We provide essential outpatient ambulatory health services, including both primary care and specialized HIV care, coupled with comprehensive medical case management and mental health support. Our program addresses substance abuse through outpatient treatment options for opioid use disorder and offers medical nutritional therapy, ensuring access to vital nutritional consultations. We also operate a food bank and provide home-delivered meals to meet immediate food assistance needs. Additionally, THRIVE offers professional services such as legal assistance, transportation support for public transit, aid with health insurance copays, and emergency financial assistance for medications.
