Our program offers up to 18 healthy meals each week, along with a bag of fresh fruits and produce, ensuring that our clients receive not just nourishment but also the compassion they deserve through a friendly visit to let them know they are valued. Clients must be referred by their primary care provider to benefit from our services, reinforcing our commitment to a supportive and caring community.
