Home Delivered Meals

Located in Perry Hall, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals that are specifically designed by a Registered Dietitian to support clients with various health needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals cater to a range of dietary restrictions, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We deliver meals to eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and those utilizing the Older Americans Act. For those who do not qualify for assistance, we offer a convenient self-pay option at $7.75 per meal, ensuring everyone has access to healthy meal choices. N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, reaffirming our commitment to guiding individuals towards better health through tailored nutritional support.
