Located in Oxon Hill, MD, the Senior Care Program is dedicated to offering essential support services for seniors at risk of nursing home placement. We understand the unique challenges faced by older adults and strive to enhance their quality of life through a range of publicly funded services. When public resources are limited, our compassionate staff works diligently to coordinate with private vendors to meet their needs. Our comprehensive offerings include personal care, assistance with chores, adult day care, financial help for medications, medical supplies, respite care, home-delivered meals, emergency response systems, and transportation.
