Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Oxon Hill, MD, is dedicated to providing nourishing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meal program, overseen by Registered Dietitians, is designed to meet specific nutritional needs for optimal health and well-being, addressing conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. All meals are crafted without dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to ensure safety and health. We serve Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries, while also offering options for self-pay individuals seeking delicious, convenient meals at an affordable rate.
