Located in Oxon Hill, MD, Cancer Transitions is a supportive, evidence-based program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed treatment. While we primarily focus on those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, our services are available to all survivors, empowering them on their journey at any point in their survivorship. Our program offers essential nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management to help individuals regain control and enhance their overall well-being.
