Americans Helping Americans, located in Oxon Hill, MD, is dedicated to providing vital emergency assistance to families and children in Appalachia. Our mission encompasses a range of essential services that ensure these communities have the resources they need to thrive, including food assistance, monthly and supplemental food programs, and a food pantry that is regularly maintained for optimal service. We also offer school supplies, clothing, hygiene items, and support for home repairs, along with enrichment projects for youth. With a commitment to uplifting Appalachian families, we strive to create a brighter future for those we serve.
