Her compassionate approach helps clients navigate the complexities and fears of the therapeutic process, allowing them to uncover their exceptional qualities. Specializing in therapy for children, adolescents, couples, adults, and minority families, she addresses a diverse range of issues, including grief, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, body image, and the challenges faced by young adults transitioning into adulthood. Inspired by the belief that 'courage is the most important of all the virtues because, without courage, you can't practice any other virtue consistently,' Shania is dedicated to fostering courage within her clients as they embark on their therapeutic journey.
