Robert Humphreys

Robert Humphreys, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, earned his MA in Counseling Psychology from Towson University after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from UMBC. His unique educational background allows him to incorporate concepts of community, culture, and meaning-making into his clinical practice. He specializes in helping clients navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and addiction. Robert is especially welcoming to non-native English speakers and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. He employs an individualized, integrative approach designed to equip individuals with the necessary tools for healing, enhancing self-esteem, establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, and better managing daily life's challenges. Understanding the need for safe, non-judgmental spaces, Robert fosters an environment conducive to exploring issues of gender and sexuality, as well as processing trauma.
