Young Parent Support Center (YPSC)

Located in Owings Mills, MD, the Young Parent Support Center (YPSC) is dedicated to uplifting families and nurturing the healthy development of children. Our mission focuses on empowering young parents through a variety of free services aimed at promoting self-sufficiency and economic independence. We offer developmental child care that enhances early literacy and prepares children from birth to age four for school. Our adult education programs include GED preparation with computer-assisted instruction, career exploration, job readiness workshops, and essential life skills classes. Additionally, we provide vital support through parenting classes, home-visiting services, and substance abuse prevention workshops. YPSC values community engagement, offering recreational outings, family enrichment programs, and personalized case management to help families thrive.
