Financial Assistance and Counseling

Located in Owings Mills, MD, the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is dedicated to supporting active duty and retired Sailors and Marines through financial assistance and counseling tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to empower military personnel with essential resources including financial aid for housing, food, and healthcare, as well as educational programs to enhance financial literacy. We provide funds to cover various critical expenses such as utilities, essential home repairs, moving costs, vehicle maintenance, and medical bills. Beyond immediate financial relief, our goal is to ensure every service member has the support they need to navigate financial challenges effectively.
