Families can apply for grants of up to $500 annually, ensuring that we prioritize the most urgent needs as requests are processed in the order they are received. Our aim is to offer practical support to families navigating the challenges related to special health care needs, helping them to maintain their daily lives while focusing on the well-being of their children.
