Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food assistance program based in Oakland, MD, dedicated to providing free, medically tailored meal delivery for individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. With no income or insurance requirements, we ensure that all clients receive nutritious meals to support their health and well-being. Our service delivers groceries every other week and offers eight specialized meal plans, including options for vegetarian, renal, diabetic, and heart-healthy diets, as well as shelf-stable choices. Additionally, Food & Friends can customize meal combinations to meet the unique dietary needs of each recipient, reinforcing our commitment to accessible, personalized food support for our community.
