Patricia Robison

Patricia Robison is a Licensed Psychologist (LP) based in Maryland, bringing over 15 years of experience to her practice with young adults and adults. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, transitional phases, grief, and loss. Patricia earned her MA and Ph.D. in psychology from Fielding Graduate University, complemented by a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Thomas Jefferson University. Additionally, she holds certifications from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.

Using an integrative approach, she draws from pharmacological, psychodynamic, cognitive, humanistic, existential, multicultural, and transpersonal methodologies, carefully tailoring her interventions to address the unique complexities of each client. Patricia is committed to fostering a warm, caring, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, aiming to build upon her client's strengths and fostering greater understanding of their mind, body, heart, and spirit. This holistic engagement enables her to assist clients in achieving their goals and creating the meaningful life they aspire to.
