At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in North East, MD, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide medically tailored meals that are thoughtfully crafted by Registered Dietitians to cater to the specific nutritional needs of individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals support various health conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, and are free from allergens like dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We offer flexible options, whether you are a Medicaid or Older American Act recipient, a Medicare Advantage beneficiary, or an individual seeking self-pay meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. We believe that everyone deserves access to nutritious food, and our mission is to ensure that all eligible clients, including those who may not have case managers, can receive meal deliveries tailored to their needs. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, reinforcing our commitment to comprehensive health support in the area.
