Our comprehensive program delivers up to 18 healthy meals each week, accompanied by a supply of fresh fruits and produce, ensuring that clients receive nourishment and a sense of connection. Each delivery also includes a warm visit, reminding our neighbors that they are valued and not alone. To join our program, individuals must be referred by their primary care provider. We are here to serve Baltimore City and 14 neighboring Maryland counties, extending our reach as far as 140 miles from our North Milton Avenue kitchen. Together, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve with compassion and care.
