We specialize in providing Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians to nourish clients with specific dietary needs due to various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals cater to clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, ensuring accessibility for those in need. For clients without coverage, we also offer a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal while maintaining strict adherence to dietary restrictions by offering meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L is committed to supporting our community with convenient meal deliveries and additional services like Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring everyone receives the nutrition they deserve.
