Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food assistance program based in Mount Airy, MD, dedicated to delivering free, medically tailored meals to individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. Our services are designed to ensure that anyone in need can access nutritious food without the barriers of income or insurance. Every other week, we provide carefully curated grocery deliveries featuring eight specialized meal plans, including options for vegetarian, renal, dairy-free, fish-free, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable diets. We also offer the flexibility to combine plans to best address the unique dietary needs of our clients, ensuring that everyone receives the support they deserve on their journey to wellness.
