Dedicated to uplifting families and children in Appalachia, Americans Helping Americans operates from Mount Airy, MD, delivering essential support services such as emergency food assistance, school supplies, clothing, and hygiene items. Our mission is to ensure that Appalachian communities have access to the resources they need for a healthier, more secure life. We provide monthly and supplemental food through our food pantry, offer home repair assistance, and engage in youth enrichment projects, fostering resilience and empowerment for those we serve. Together, we are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
