Montgomery County Family Center

The Montgomery County Family Center in Montgomery Village, MD, plays a vital role in supporting families facing challenging circumstances. As part of Catholic Charities, we are dedicated to addressing the complex needs of our community through a range of essential services including case management, crisis intervention, and a choice food pantry that ensures families have access to emergency food. We offer clothing, shoes, and diapers, alongside educational resources such as financial education classes and English as a Second Language courses. Our Parent Education and Empowerment Group, Abriendo Puertas, helps parents thrive, while we also provide assistance with rent, mortgage, and utilities. Special support is available for mothers battling cancer, as well as immigration legal services and resources for pregnant women. We are here to empower and uplift those in need within our local community, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to build a brighter future.
