Located in Montgomery Village, MD, CCI Health Services' Medicare Care program is dedicated to delivering accessible and comprehensive primary care for individuals and families of all ages. We focus on the overall well-being of our patients by offering a wide range of services, including well-care visits, management of acute and chronic conditions such as HIV and diabetes, routine immunizations, and family planning health care. Our team provides essential behavioral health counseling and nutrition guidance in both English and Spanish, ensuring that everyone receives the support they need. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances, and are committed to assisting uninsured individuals in finding appropriate coverage options, including our sliding fee scale for those eligible.
