We work closely with individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking a self-pay option. Our medically tailored meals are designed by a Registered Dietitian, addressing the nutritional requirements for various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We support eligible beneficiaries through Medicaid and Older Americans Act programs, helping them navigate eligibility through Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, we recommend checking plan specifics for meal benefits. For those without insurance coverage, our self-pay option at $7.75 per meal offers flexibility and choice in meal selection. In addition, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health and wellness journeys.
