Our meals cater to a range of dietary needs, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, and specifically designed to support various medical conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. For Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, we guide you through eligibility and delivery processes, while Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check plan materials to see if meal delivery is included. For those who do not qualify for assistance, we offer a self-pay option at an affordable rate. In addition to meal delivery, N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring comprehensive nutritional support tailored to individual needs.
