Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food delivery program based in Mechanicsville, MD, dedicated to supporting individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. Our mission is to provide free, medically tailored meals that cater to diverse dietary needs without any income or insurance restrictions. Delivered biweekly, our service includes a variety of meal plans—regular, vegetarian, renal, no dairy, no fish, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable—allowing us to customize up to three plans for each recipient to ensure their health and wellness.
