Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also referred to as the Food Supplement Program (FSP) in Maryland, is dedicated to supporting low-income families in Manchester, MD, by ensuring access to essential food assistance. Our mission is to empower households to maintain good health by providing monthly benefits that subsidize the purchase of nutritious food. Recipients receive their SNAP/FSP benefits through an easy-to-use Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, allowing them to shop for their necessary groceries with dignity and convenience.
