Cancer Transitions is a supportive and evidence-based program located in Manchester, MD, dedicated to helping cancer survivors navigate life after treatment. Focused on those who have completed their treatment within the last 24 months, our program offers essential services that can benefit survivors at any stage of their journey. We provide nutritional guidance, exercise customization, and emotional health education, along with medical management support to empower survivors in their wellness and recovery.
