Lori Mostofsky

Lori Mostofsky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health. Graduating from the SUNY Stony Brook School of Social Work in 1990, she has received advanced training in various therapeutic modalities, including family therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strength-based approaches. As a Certified Mediator specializing in domestic mediation through the lens of relational conflict theory, Lori's diverse expertise allows her to effectively address top issues such as anxiety, family conflict, and substance use. Her practice emphasizes adolescent and family therapy, helping clients navigate bereavement, mood disorders, and high-conflict relationships.
