Allie Pearlman Sax

Allie Pearlman Sax is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding credentials as an LCSW-C and PMH-C, with over 15 years of experience in counseling. She honors the courage and vulnerability it takes for individuals to seek support and is grateful for those who choose to embark on this journey. Allie believes that every person deserves to be seen, heard, understood, and valued. With a focus on empathy, curiosity, and compassion, she collaborates with individuals to help them appreciate and understand their authentic selves. Specializing in maternal mental health, Allie supports clients during their transition into motherhood and throughout their motherhood journeys. Additionally, she works with those who identify as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs). As a level one IFS trained and Perinatal Mental Health Certified professional, Allie utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Strength-Based techniques. She looks forward to connecting with individuals and exploring if a therapeutic partnership would be a good fit on their paths to healing.
