Young Parent Support Center (YPSC)

Located in Lutherville Timonium, MD, the Young Parent Support Center (YPSC) is dedicated to empowering young families through a wide range of essential services designed to promote healthy child development and foster self-sufficiency. We understand the challenges faced by young parents and offer free programs including developmental childcare for children aged zero to four, adult education with GED preparation, and computer-assisted learning. YPSC also provides job readiness workshops, parenting classes, home-visiting support, and substance abuse prevention programs.
