Americans Helping Americans

Located in Lusby, Maryland, Americans Helping Americans is dedicated to supporting families and children in Appalachia by providing vital emergency assistance and essential resources. We strive to ensure that every Appalachian family can access critical items, such as nutritious food through our food pantry, school supplies for children, clothing, and hygiene products. In addition to monthly and supplemental food deliveries, we also focus on repairing and maintaining food pantry facilities, aiding in home repairs, and facilitating youth enrichment projects. Our mission is to empower communities by addressing immediate needs while fostering long-term support and growth.
