Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Leonardtown, MD, is dedicated to providing nurturing and healthy Home Delivered Meals, including Medically Tailored Meals for individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our service is designed to enhance the well-being of our clients, with meals crafted by Registered Dietitians to address a variety of medical needs such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our commitment to health is reflected in our meals, which are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to ensure safety and nutritional adequacy. We understand the importance of accessibility, offering meals for Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, as well as a self-pay option at $7.75 per meal for those without insurance coverage. At N4L, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support our clients' health journeys.
