Adrienne Harding, LPC, is dedicated to helping adolescents and young adults navigate the often tumultuous transitions of life. With a keen understanding of the behavioral and emotional changes teenagers face—whether it’s rule-breaking, anger, frustration, difficulty focusing in school, or challenges in building healthy relationships—she provides a listening ear within a judgment-free space. Through her expertise, Adrienne assists clients in processing their feelings and finding effective strategies for managing these changes. Additionally, she supports young adults aged 18 to 25 as they journey into adulthood, ensuring they have the guidance needed during this critical time. Unstuck Counseling, the group therapy practice where she operates, is located in Laurel, MD, and is committed to fostering emotional peace and a pathway to freedom and happiness for teens, adults, and families. Utilizing culturally sensitive and evidence-based practices, Adrienne partners with her clients to help them get UNSTUCK, creating safe, accepting, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationships that enable transformative experiences.
