Time to Fly

Time to Fly is a compassionate faith-based organization located in Laurel, MD, dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence. Our mission focuses on helping women and children regain their self-worth and identity through a free, comprehensive 3 Step program. We provide essential services such as counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial guidance, and computer classes. Participants benefit from a supportive network and spiritual encouragement while learning about the roots and effects of domestic violence, as well as exploring God’s plan for their lives. Our After Care Program further assists individuals with workshops on financial management, nutrition, and access to vital resources for housing, childcare, and employment support. With quarterly sessions accommodating up to 50 women and 15 children, we strive to create a safe, welcoming environment for those seeking change in the Northern VA, DC, and MD areas.
