Kristian Owens

Kristian Owens is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, holding credentials as an LCSW-C, CTP-C, RPT, and Reiki Master. With a focus on children, teens, and young adults, Kristian specializes in addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges stemming from trauma and loss. Utilizing an integrative approach, Kristian combines play therapy, expressive arts, and brain-body therapies to create a holistic therapeutic experience. With extensive training and experience in supporting families with issues such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties, Kristian also has specialized training in play therapy, brain-body therapies, and has completed Brainspotting Level I & II with its founder, Dr. David Grand. By meeting clients where they are, Kristian values the importance of collaboration with parents, providing both education and support. Within the office, clients find a safe and nurturing environment that encourages open expression, exploration, and healing.
