Crystal Tolson Ballinger

Crystal Tolson Ballinger, LCSW-C, is a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate through life's challenges. She understands that many clients may feel overwhelmed by various life events, struggling with the balancing act of multiple roles or feeling disconnected from what once brought them joy. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, providing a secure and trusting environment to explore thoughts and feelings, and evaluate important life choices. With extensive experience in assessing and treating children, adolescents, and adults, Crystal specializes in helping individuals confront dysfunctional behavioral patterns and learn healthier ways of thinking and behaving. She has a strong focus on supporting those dealing with depression and bipolar disorder, victims of domestic violence, and clients regarding LGBTQ+ concerns. In addition, she works with individuals experiencing grief or has encountered traumatic events. Crystal also possesses significant experience in addressing emotional disorders in children and adolescents, particularly those receiving special education services.
