Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a dedicated food assistance program based in Lanham, MD, designed to support individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. We understand the urgent need for nutritional care, which is why we offer free meal delivery without any income or insurance requirements. Our service provides a bi-weekly delivery of medically tailored meals, ensuring that clients receive nourishment that specifically meets their health needs. We offer a variety of eight specialized meal plans, including options for vegetarian, renal, no dairy, no fish, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable diets. To further accommodate individual dietary requirements, Food & Friends can customize meal packages by combining up to three different plans, ensuring every recipient gets the support they need for their health and wellbeing.
