Groceries-to-Go (GTG)

Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in La Plata, MD, living with life-challenging illnesses through our specialized food assistance program. We offer free-of-charge meal delivery services with no income or insurance requirements, ensuring accessibility for all in need. Clients receive nutritious, medically tailored meals every other week, carefully crafted to meet a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions. Our program includes eight distinct meal plans—regular, vegetarian, renal, no dairy, no fish, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable—allowing us to cater to diverse health needs. At GTG, we believe that everyone deserves access to healthy food, and we are here to provide that support with care and compassion.
