Snap-Ed Program

The Maryland Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) serves the Kensington, MD community by empowering individuals and families eligible for SNAP with essential resources aimed at fostering healthier lifestyles. We are dedicated to enhancing food access and improving nutrition quality while promoting physical activity among our participants. Our comprehensive program offers valuable nutrition education, encourages sustainable healthy food options, and supports physical activity initiatives, including after-school programs that engage and educate our youth.
