School Health Readiness Program

Located in Joppa, MD, the School Health Readiness Program is dedicated to ensuring that every student has access to essential health care, mental health care, and preventive services. By partnering with four Title I elementary schools in Harford County—Edgewood Elementary School, Hall’s Cross Roads Elementary School, Magnolia Elementary School, and William Paca/Old Post Road Elementary School—we strive to eliminate barriers to care for students who might otherwise go without. Our services are offered regardless of a family's ability to pay, and we warmly welcome those who utilize Medical Assistance or Private Insurance, excluding HMOs. For families preferring to pay privately, our fee structure is adjusted based on income and family size, reinforcing our commitment to accessibility and support for all students in our community.
