MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Joppa, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and offered a variety of customized treatment options that align with their personal health goals. We provide essential resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, as well as weight loss medications and surgical options for Veterans who need additional assistance after trying MOVE!
