Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Jessup, MD, is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, providing nutritious and medically tailored meals to eligible individuals. We cater to those under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and recipients of the Older Americans Act, ensuring that our meals meet diverse dietary needs for 36 medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Each meal is crafted by a Registered Dietitian to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, prioritizing the health of our clients. For self-pay individuals, we offer a convenient plan at $7.75 per meal, allowing you to select every meal and delivery. If you have a case manager or are unsure about your eligibility, guidance is available through your local Area Agency on Aging or Medicaid provider. Along with meal delivery, N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, making it easier for you to navigate your nutritional needs and benefits.
