Home Delivered Meals

Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program in Huntingtown, MD. We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians to support the health of clients with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals cater to specific dietary needs and are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We partner with Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act to deliver meals directly to those in need. For individuals not covered by these programs, our self-pay option allows for flexible meal choices at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. At N4L, we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients' health journeys. To determine eligibility or learn more about our meal delivery services, individuals can reach out to their Case Manager, Medicaid provider, or local Area Agency on Aging.
