School Health Readiness Program

The School Health Readiness Program in Havre De Grace, MD, is dedicated to ensuring that all students have access to essential health care, mental health services, and preventive care. Operating at four Title I elementary schools in Harford County—Edgewood Elementary, Hall’s Cross Roads Elementary, Magnolia Elementary, and William Paca/Old Post Road Elementary—our mission is to remove barriers to health and wellness by offering these vital services at no cost to families unable to pay. We welcome participants with Medical Assistance and most private insurances, while fees for private pay clients are adjusted according to family income and size. Our goal is to foster a healthy learning environment for every child, recognizing that well-being is fundamental to academic success.
