Each meal is curated by a Registered Dietitian to address specific health needs, including conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We understand the importance of tailored nutrition, and our program aims to make meal delivery simple and accessible. If you have a case manager or are unsure of your eligibility, we encourage you to reach out to your Medicaid provider or local Area Agency on Aging. Furthermore, for those without insurance coverage, we offer a self-pay program at just $7.75 per meal, allowing you to choose every meal and delivery. In addition to home-delivered meals, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, making sure our clients receive comprehensive nutritional care.
