At Stand Beside Them in Havre De Grace, MD, our dedicated health and wellness coaches are here to provide compassionate, solution-driven support tailored specifically for veterans. We understand the unique challenges faced by those who have served, focusing on both external and internal issues with a nonjudgmental approach that fosters positive action. Our coaching program offers individual sessions on a variety of critical topics, including nutrition and weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work-life balance, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. Recognizing that distance can be a barrier, our coaches also provide flexible options for Skype or telephone consultations, ensuring that every veteran has access to the guidance they need to thrive and achieve their health goals.
