Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program in Hampstead, MD, is dedicated to providing essential nutrition assistance for women, infants, and children up to age 5. Our mission is to promote healthier pregnancies and child development by offering access to nutritious food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and vital referrals to additional resources. Tailored specifically for Carroll County residents, our services welcome pregnant women, new moms up to six months postpartum, breastfeeding mothers up to one year postpartum, infants, and young children. To participate, applicants are encouraged to visit our office with necessary documents, including identification, proof of address and income, verification of pregnancy, and immunization records. We are committed to ensuring that every family has the support they need for a healthy future.
