Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also recognized as the Food Supplement Program (FSP) in Hampstead, MD, is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals and families by making essential food assistance accessible. Our mission is to ensure that everyone can afford the nutritious food they need to lead healthy lives. Through our program, eligible households receive monthly benefits delivered via an easy-to-use Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, allowing them to shop for groceries conveniently and maintain adequate nutritional levels.
