THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program, located in Halethorpe, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals affected by Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive support services. Our mission encompasses prevention, treatment, and management of these conditions, offering a full spectrum of outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary care and specialized HIV care. We prioritize holistic health by providing medical case management, mental health care, and outpatient substance abuse treatment, including support for opioid use disorder. Our nutrition services ensure clients receive essential dietary assistance through medical nutritional therapy and access to our food bank and home-delivered meals. Additionally, we facilitate vital professional services such as legal assistance, transportation solutions, and health insurance premium cost sharing, alongside emergency financial assistance for medications.
